Piccadilly Lunch Payments

Here are a few more details about paying for your son’s lunch.

The EZ School App accepts Credit and Debit Cards only.

Options:

  • Add money to your son’s account when ordering your meals.
  • Add money to your account without ordering meals. You can order the meals at a later time.
  • Or you can order meals and add additional money for unanticipated items your son may want.

To add money to your account without ordering a meal, click on the Save/Pay button at the bottom of the menu and it will ask you if you want to add money.

The credit card company (not PDS or Piccadilly) charges a small credit card fee per transaction (i.e. each time you pay for ordered meals or add money to your account).

The fee is 2.9% of the total amount you have ordered plus any money you have added to the account + a 30 cent flat fee.

Example:

Number of Meals Ordered for August 12
Number of Meals Ordered for September 18
Total Meals Ordered 30

Cost per Meal $6.16
Total $184.8

Credit Card Fee Percentage 2.9%
Percentage Credit Card Fee 5.3592
Flat Credit Card Fee $0.3

Total Amount Charge to Card $190.4592

If you ordered lunch every day for your son and you were able to do that in 4 transactions, your total credit card fee would be only about $30 for the year.

There is a minimum credit card fee of $1.95, so to minimize the fee order as infrequently as you can and preferably over $50 at a time.
