To locate titles, simply click on the link below and search for books in the reading level assigned to you by the Reading Specialists.

You may choose a book from the PDS Library, the public library, the bookstore, or your own home. Just read, enjoy, take the AR test, and those points will go UP, UP, UP!!!.

Search the AR Database
Use this link to determine if the book you are reading has an AR quiz. Simply type the title in the box next to "Title" and click go.  If the book has an AR quiz, it will appear and  will also show the author, reading level, and point value.
Search the PDS Library's AR Holdings
Follow this link and then click on the Study tab to search the PDS library's Accelerated Reader holdings.

AR Point Clubs

Working to become a lifelong reader and thinker is definitely “cool” at PDS!  Research has proven that the more a child reads, the better reader he becomes.  The Accelerated Reader program at PDS is used to encourage our boys to read for pleasure.  A complete list of AR books can be found on the PDS Library Links web page.  At the end of each quarter Point club prizes will be awarded.  Please encourage your son to read, read, read!
