The admission process begins in Fall 2012 when 2013-14 applications are available online to those interested in admission.

We prefer that you apply online; however there are down-loadable forms available below as well as hard copies available in the admission office. Please submit your application to PDS with the $75 application fee (waivers are available to those who qualify).

Admission Steps for 2013-14 School Year

Please take the following steps:

Step 1: Complete an application for admission:

Step 2: Visit PDS

Schedule a personal tour and appointment with the Director of Admission and Enrollment or attend an Open House.

Schedule a Visit Register for Open House

Step 3: Testing

The admission office schedules all testing and Early Childhood screening during the spring and summer as applications are received.  Please call 842-4618.

Step 4: Records Release Form

Return Records Release Form (found with the online applicaton or in your son’s application packet) to PDS as soon as possible. This form is required by your son’s school to release records and/or recommendations.

Admission for 2014 and Beyond

Please fill out an inquiry and your son will be added to the admission database to be contacted for future application, or you may fill out an  online application for the year you wish to apply   Be sure to keep your contact information current.
