P.E. at Home - Week 1

PDS boys,

We’ve been hearing about how well you’ve been doing with all of your classwork at home. Keep up the good work!

We are also looking forward to seeing how many of you rise to the occasion and use this time away from school to take your fitness and athleticism to another level.

Each Monday we will be sending you a workout plan for the week, which may include some specific instructional videos. Throughout the week be looking out for other posts with links to highly recommended videos from professional athletes and coaches, and some motivational videos from some special guests/superheroes.

We hope you use this opportunity to push yourself physically, just as you have been mentally. We miss you guys and look forward to the day when we’re all back together. Until then…
