Taekwondo with Midtown Taekwondo
During the semester, students will work hard and have lots of fun while reaching realistic goals that they have set. We stress self-defense, general fitness, self-discipline and manners. The result will be improved self confidence, coordination, endurance, and general muscle strength.
Note that this is a 12-week course designed to end with testing, the cost of which is included in the class fee.
