PDS Lunch Program - Sign-Up for 2nd Semester

Chick-fil-A Breakfast Fundraiser - Friday, January 16

Our fourth grade boys are hosting a breakfast on Friday, January 16th to raise money for Water for South Sudan. This organization creates irrigation systems that provide clean, safe water to African communities.

Please print and return this order form to place an order. Thank you for your support! Orders due Tuesday, January 13th.

The pre-ordered breakfast will be served in the Fellowship Hall from 7:15a to 7:45a. Thank you for your support!
