Steps for Re-Enrollment for 2025-2026 - Due Jan. 31

Dear Parents:

We are so thankful for each and every PDS boy and his family. Thank you for making the investment in your son and this amazing school. Our school is focused on helping build boys into men with our solid foundation of Christian values and mind-opening academics. These formative elementary years truly do set the future trajectory of a boy’s life.

Re-enrollment for the 2025–2026 school year is here. On January 16, all families whose account balances are current will have re-enrollment contracts available in their Blackbaud account. If a family has a balance, the re-enrollment contract(s) will be held until the balance is paid.

New for the 2025-26 school year, PDS will be using Blackbaud Tuition Management to receive tuition payments. When you are asked if you have an existing Tuition Management account, please select No, I do not have a Tuition Management account with Presbyterian Day School. By selecting NO, Blackbaud will automatically create an account for you.

Below are the instructions to re-enroll.

1. Login to your Blackbaud account by clicking on https://pdsmemphis.myschoolapp.com/. Then, click on the message that reads “You have a contract to review.”
   • You can find the link to Blackbaud under the Quicklinks menu at the top of the website (lightning bolt icon)
2. Please complete all PDS re-enrollment information carefully and accurately. 
3. When asked if you have a tuition management account, please select NO.
4. For families with two separate households, note that both households will need to sign into their unique Blackbaud account to complete an enrollment contract.

Remember, your son is not enrolled until PDS receives a signed contract by all responsible signers and a $500 tuition deposit. Contracts and deposits are due by January 31, 2025. Once all steps are completed you will receive a confirmation email from PDS.
