EC Families: Help Keep Carpool Moving Smoothly

Dear EC Families,

We are off to such a wonderful start in Early Childhood, I am also extremely thankful for your continued support and respect for the time and supervision PDS dedicates to your boys.

Now that we are settling into a routine in the new school year, we’d like to gently remind everyone about a couple of carpool procedures:

JK and SK: Use the Queue Area to Avoid Congestion at Pick-Up
To help keep our carpool line running smoothly for everyone, we ask that you use the designated queue when arriving early for pick-up.

When cars line up before the designated pick-up for JK or SK, it can cause backups and slow down pickup for other families. By using the mapped path, you’ll help us keep traffic flowing safely and efficiently for other EC families.

Morning Drop-Off Times
Our team is happy to welcome your boys each morning between 7:20am and 8:00am. If you arrive after 8:00am, we kindly ask that you park, walk your son inside, sign him in on the Student Attendance clipboard, and then send him to class with a staff member.

To help keep the line moving smoothly, it’s very helpful if your son is already unbuckled in his seat and ready to hop out when it’s his turn.
