GivingPrivacy Policy for Presbyterian Day School App

Presbyterian Day School (“we,” “our,” “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application (“the App”) collects, uses, and shares information. This policy applies to all users of the App.

While we do not require you to create an account or submit personal information directly through the App, certain information may be collected automatically as part of the App’s functionality, including:

This information may be collected through Adalo, our app development platform, and is used to help maintain and improve the App’s performance.

- App functionality and performance monitoring
- Improving user experience
- Troubleshooting and fixing issues
- Enabling features such as future push notifications
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These include:
- Adalo (app development and hosting platform)
- Apple App Store (distribution and app analytics)
The App may also contain in-app links to our school website, pdsmemphis.org. Your use of these external links is subject to the privacy policy of the respective site.
Push Notifications
While the current version of the App does not use push notifications, future updates may include this feature. If enabled, push notifications will be used only to share important school updates. You can control these notifications through your device’s settings.
Children’s Privacy
Our App is intended for use by our school community. While students may access it with their families, we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information processed through the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App and on our website, and the “Effective Date” will be revised accordingly.
