James Enterline Completes TAIS Emerging Leaders Institute

We are proud to share that James Enterline has successfully completed the TAIS Emerging Leaders Institute, a highly regarded eight-month leadership development program for new and aspiring independent school leaders across Tennessee.

This selective cohort-based experience provides participants with practical leadership training in areas such as communication, collaboration, decision-making, finance, governance, intercultural competence, and the current opportunities and challenges facing independent schools. Through workshops, mentorship, networking, and school visits, participants gain insights that can be immediately applied within their own school communities.

James’s completion of this program reflects both his commitment to professional growth and our school’s dedication to cultivating strong, thoughtful leadership for the future.
