Will Levy is a highly accomplished senior executive with more than a decade of success in retail, luxury goods, hospitality, and restaurants. He has proven his ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives while recruiting and developing employees to support overall organizational growth. Will leverages extensive experience to analyze market trends and concepts to launch new products and brands. His areas of expertise include franchising, human capital management, workforce optimization, process improvements, strategic and organizational planning, growth strategies, consumer products, merchandising, restructuring, negotiating real estate transactions, finance, marketing, and rebranding.
Currently, Will is the President of Oak Hall, a role he achieved in 2012 through consistent promotion from Buyer/Planner (2005–2008) to Merchandiser/Manager (2008–2012). Will is responsible for day-to-day operations including HR, vendor and customer relationship management, budgeting, finance, and strategic direction. He was an integral player in the launching of the e-commerce platform in 2015 to meet consumer demand and further develop sales. The store was expanded to national level in March 2016 with plans in place to expand again in October 2017. During his tenure, Will has helped more than double the organization’s revenue from $12M to more than $25M.
Since 2008, Will has concurrently served as President of Vineyard Vines by Oak Hall, launching the first partner store outside the northeast in Memphis, Tennessee. He oversaw the opening of Vineyard Vines National in 2010, and the subsequent launch of Vineyard Vines Birmingham two years later. The brand has subsequently grown to over 91 locations as well as a catalog, e-commerce, outlet, and wholesale business. Will helped facilitate the growth of the Vineyard Vines from a specialized tie & polo company to a comprehensive lifestyle brand. Before his time with Oak Hall, Will was an Associate with Price, Waterhouse, Cooper, providing support to senior auditors and accountants and completing general accounting and administrative duties.
In addition to his executive career, Will is a Member of the Board of Trustees with the Presbyterian Day School, the State Forum Chair & Co-Membership Chair for the Young President’s Association, and a Committee Member of Building Boys, Making Men. He is the former President & Vice President of the Forum Group. His affiliations include the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Memphis, Big Brothers, Big Sisters, and St Jude. As an industry thought leader, Will has presented as a guest speaker at an annual industry summit since 2014.
Education: Will graduated from Rhodes College in 2004 with an MS in Accounting, and he attained his BBA in Accounting from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 2003.
