Use of Personal Information

Presbyterian Day School does not rent, sell, or share personally identifiable information about users with other people or non-affiliated entities, except to provide our services, or under the following circumstances:

Presbyterian Day School will have access to personally identifiable information for the purpose of administering and hosting the Website and/or communicating with you. Presbyterian Day School may or may not share this information with other third parties, depending on its own privacy policy. You agree that Presbyterian Day School shall have no liability with regard to the use or dissemination of such information.

We will provide personally identifiable information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to exercise our legal rights or defend legal claims.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

Presbyterian Day School complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA"). COPPA requires that website operators never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting verifiable parental consent. In accordance with COPPA, we do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
