PDS provides a lengthy (and longer than most schools) grace period of late pick-up during which it does not charge families. Boys left at school past their dismissal time (15 minutes for Early Childhood, 30 minutes for Elementary) will be taken to After-Care and charged the drop-in fee of $25.
(Please note: On most Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, teachers in grades 1-6 remain in their classrooms until 3:40 to provide extra help for their students. On any given day, however, some teachers will not be in their rooms due to the rotating after-school duty schedule or due to their leading an enrichment activity. Parents and/or boys should confirm that a teacher will be available for after-school classroom extra help on specific days.)
