PDS would like to congratulate our Robotics teams on a successful competition this weekend. The Robotics teams competed against 25 other teams from the West Tennessee region. These boys worked very hard and walked away with two awards! These awards are not just for having the fastest robot and highest points. These awards are given based on a combination of core values, robot and innovation research design, and robot mission completion times.

Patrick Tadlock, Evan Rodrigues, and Graham Ensor had the 3rd highest robot run score of 200 points. They also won the Engineering Excellence Award. This award celebrates a team with an efficiently designed robot, an innovative project solution that effectively addresses the season challenge, and great Core Values evident in all they do.

Colton Schrank, Calix Rodrigues, Sam Stemberg, and Mitchell Muller tied for the 5th highest robot run score. They won the Rising All-Star Award. This award celebrates a team that the judges notice and expect great things from in the future.
