PDS does not want to lose any student for financial reasons, so the school can and does provide significant tuition assistance resources to those families who qualify. To be a wise steward of its tuition assistance resources and to treat families equitably, the school uses an outside professional service (called
Prior to issuing enrollment contracts for the 2024-2025 school year, PDS will review the total progress (not just academic) of each student. The school will then make the re-enrollment contracts available online for 2024-2025 in the early winter.

Rachel Bishop serves as Director of Admission and Enrollment Management at Presbyterian Day School (PDS) in Memphis, TN, one of the leading independent schools for boys.
Rachel joined PDS in the summer of 2015. She has spent time in the classroom as well as in administration at other independent schools in the area. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Lipscomb University and a Masters degree in Instruction and Curriculum Leadership from the University of Memphis.
Her passions outside the classroom include spending time with her family and SEC football. She is married to PDS alum, Louie '80, and has two children, Miller and Turner '16.
