Important: Blackbaud Account Setup Required for 2025-26 Re-Enrollment

Dear Parents,

As we prepare for the 2025–2026 school year, PDS will be using Blackbaud to issue re-enrollment contracts next week. In order to re-enroll your son for the 2025–2026 school year, you must complete your Blackbaud account setup.

If you have not already completed your Blackbaud account, you will receive an email invitation from Blackbaud prompting you to complete your account activation. If you do not receive an email by January 8, you either already completed this action OR the invitation was accidentally sent to your spam folder.

Your Blackbaud login is linked to the email address PDS has on file. Each parent or guardian who will be signing the contract has a unique email address associated with their account and therefore must have a unique blackbaud account.

Next Steps:

1. Look for an email invitation from Blackbaud in your inbox from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the subject line “Connect to Presbyterian Day School.” If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
2. Click the “Accept Invitation” button in the email to complete your account setup. Be sure to use the same email address that received the invitation.
3. The invitation link will expire in 30 days, so please activate it promptly.

Note: You will not be able to re-enroll your son without completing the Blackbaud account verification.
