Drew Yonchak is a Shareholder at Baker Donelson in the corporate group where he regularly advises buyers and sellers in M&A transactions as well as boards of directors and management teams on a variety of corporate matters. Drew is originally from rural Georgia and received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Georgia. He became a Memphian in 2013 after marrying his wife, Mary-Wilkes. Drew and Mary-Wilkes have two children: Elizabeth (1st Grade - SMS) and Harris (JK - PDS), and are members of Second Presbyterian Church, where Drew currently serves as a Deacon.
