For Grades: Senior Kindergarten
Join Mrs. Stewart for SK chess! This is the perfect after school adventure for boys who want to learn how to play chess and boys that already know how to play chess and would like to challenge their friends!
Chess helps to develop critical thinking skills and creativity while having fun at the same time!
Afternoon snack is included.

Join us for a semester of fun as we learn basic Taekwondo moves and work hard to reach goals we have set. We stress self-defense, general fitness, discipline and manners. The result will be improved self confidence, coordination, endurance, and general muscle strength.

Note that this is a 12-week course designed to end with testing, the cost of which is included in the class fee.

PDS Chess Club is on the MOVE with instruction for beginners (who have never moved a piece), intermediate (know more than how the pieces move), and advanced (tournament level) players. Our Chess Club fosters problem-solving, analytical skills, enhances critical thinking, and strengthens memory.
Members are immersed in an exciting, challenging, and mind developing game in a fun- filled environment while receiving outstanding instruction from Rhodes College students.
Grouped by age and grade level, students are taught by these active chess players who meet the high standards of Mid-South Chess where “Chess is an Art, a Science, and a Sport.”

Continue building on tumbling and gymnastics fundamentals in this new, intermediate level class. Students will learn and improve skills on floor, bar, and trampoline. Young athletes will develop strength, coordination, flexibility, and focus while expanding their knowledge of the sport.

Come join the fun with Wings Gymnastics! Students will learn and improve tumbling and gymnastics skills on floor, bar, and trampoline. Young athletes will develop strength, coordination, flexibility, and focus in a fun, encouraging, and safe environment.

Do you have a hunger for world domination? Do you have the strategic mind to create an empire? In this after school adventure, boys will unplug, and get back to the art of the board game. We’ll also practice game etiquette, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Schedule: Wednesday, February 5-22. Register for individual classes or join us for all of them!
Join your friends for an afternoon (or two) of Beyblades in Mrs. Richards’ room! Bring your Beyblades and an arena (if you have one), and we’ll see if yours is the last Beyblade spinning!
