So You Think You Can Code?

For Grades: 4th Grade 5th Grade 6th Grade
In this after-school adventure, students will design and code an original project in Scratch! Computer coding is a 21st-century skill that enables kids to be creators, rather than just consumers, of technology. Its emphasis on problem-solving is applicable across disciplines.
The details of the project will be revealed in the first session and the students will compete to advertise their skills.
In the second session, the boys and instructor will sample each project and rate them on complexity, originality, level of fun, and creativity.
The student with the highest rating will be deemed the winner and will walk away with a certificate, trophy, and bragging rights until next year! Best of luck…
